Golden Silica 0.8-1.4 Aquarium Silica Sand

Natural silica sand and gravel is ideal as a substrate for aquariums, including beautifully overgrown aquascapes. The grains of sand and gravel come in a variety of colors: light yellow, cream, light brown, orange, white and gray-brown. Each grain has a unique shape, which adds texture and aesthetic appeal. It is ideal for creating a natural underwater environment. This gravel can be used as a top layer or to increase the height at the back of the aquarium.

Natural and safe: 100% natural sand without artificial additives and dyes, washed. Does not affect the pH balance of the water.

Decorative Use: Provides a natural look with a variety of colored grains and serves as a stable base for anchoring various types of ornaments, stones, and plants.

Plant support: Fine sand promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria and provides an excellent environment for plant growth.

Protection: The grains are rounded and therefore will not harm the animals living on the bottom of the aquarium. Suitable for all types of aquariums.

Recommended use

Before use, we recommend washing the gravel in clean water to remove all dust particles. Add the gravel to the bottom of the aquarium and spread it evenly. When filling the aquarium with water, avoid direct water splashes on the gravel to prevent it from being stirred. After filling the aquarium, remove all floating particles and turn on the filter to purify the water.
