Natural undyed dark basalt sand and gravel is ideal as a substrate for aquariums. Our products are rinsed, 100% natural and full of nutrients supporting plant growth and animal health.

Recommended use

Although our basalt sand and gravel is pre-rinsed, we recommend rinsing it 3-4 times before use until the water runs clear, then add it to the aquarium and level it to ensure it is evenly distributed. When filling the aquarium with water, avoid direct water splashing on the sand to prevent it from being stirred. After filling the aquarium, remove all floating particles and turn on the filter to purify the water.
